They were extremely knowledgeable about every step of the process and took the time to explain details clearly, which made the whole project stress-free. What really stood out was their frequent site visits—we always felt our project was a priority and that things were progressing smoothly. Work started with digging on July 29th, and by August 22nd we were already filling the pool with water—an impressive timeline! The quality, communication, and professionalism have been top-notch. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool.

We love our new pool and outdoor kitchen! Overall, Ramon did a fantastic job! We got a quality pool at a great value. We made several small modifications during the construction with minimal cost impact. He even successfully navigated the inspection process with the difficult city of Katy. I found Ramon to be true to his word and addressed a few minor issues even after final payment. An opportunity for improvement would be better communication.

Ocean Custom Pools was very professional and went over and beyond in reaching our wants and needs. Ramon was a pleasure to work with. I have referred him to so many people and will continue to do so. Our pool is absolutely gorgeous! If it was not for the weather pool would of been done in 2.5 weeks but still finished under 30 days!

Our pool was completed by Ocean Pools in less than 20 days. Ramon was onsite watching every piece of work. He was below averaged priced compared to tigers but certainly not the cheapest. He even met us to pick out tile. We had a issue right after our build with the coping due to the heat and Ramon's crew came out and redid the whole pool. Imy wife and I have a very keen eye for small details and Ramon's crew would fix anything we found that needed to be touched up.
