From dig to water

From raw dirt to blue water, on camera.
This pool started as raw dirt in this same Houston backyard. Same crew, filmed start to finish — every stage, nothing skipped.
Filmed in Houston, camera never left the yard.

The sequence
From dirt to water, in order
Every custom pool follows the same order for a reason — skip a stage and the next one fails. Here's what actually happens, start to finish.
Excavation
Equipment cuts the pool's exact shape and depth into your yard.
Steel & rebar
A steel grid is tied by hand — the skeleton that gives the shell its strength.
Plumbing
Lines for circulation, returns, and drains go in before a single wall exists.
Gunite
Concrete is sprayed over the steel under pressure and shaped into the shell by hand.
Tile & coping
The waterline tile goes in, then the coping — the stone edge you'll actually stand on.
Decking
The surface around the pool is poured and finished to match the house, not just the pool.
Plaster
The interior finish goes on last — the surface your feet will actually feel.
Fill & startup
The pool fills, the equipment gets balanced and tested, and the keys hand over.

The result
How it looks finished, and how it looks after dark
A custom pool starts with what is already out there — the slope, the way in, the trees you want to keep. One of these yards shows up more than once: the owner kept adding to it, so we kept going back.
The investment
What this costs depends on your yard
Size, shape, grade, access, decking, and everything built around the water — not just in it. Two pools that look alike on paper can price differently once we account for the ground they sit in. A number quoted before any of that is a guess.
So we built the configurator instead. Choose your pool, add what matters to you, and it returns a real range for your build, not a billboard number.
