Bridgeland holds three separate Ocean Custom Pools builds, each with its own layout: a rectangular pool with a raised spa and twin fire bowls on travertine pedestals, a freeform pool with loungers built to float inside the water, and a third with a mosaic spa over a hexagon-patterned deck. Different lots, different shapes — the same crew on all three. Bridgeland's architectural review (ARC) is one of the more detailed in the Cypress area; we prepare the full HOA/ARC submittal package and manage the approval with the committee, built into your project plan from day one.
