The Heights: two finished pools, two narrow lots
The Heights already holds two separate Ocean Custom Pools builds, each shaped by one of the neighborhood's narrow, historic lots. One is a compact rectangular pool with an attached dark-mosaic spa, built beside a freestanding studio with a sliding glass door. The other is a lap pool squeezed between two houses, framed by a light stacked-stone wall with two waterfall spouts. Neither lot left room to guess — the pool had to fit exactly.

Frequently asked questions
Have you built pools in The Heights?
Yes — the photo above shows two separate builds on two of the neighborhood's narrow lots: a compact pool with an attached mosaic spa beside a studio, and a lap pool framed by a stacked-stone wall with a double waterfall.
What does the build process look like?
Every job follows the same eight stages in the same order: excavation, steel and rebar, plumbing, gunite, tile and coping, decking, plaster, and fill and startup. The whole sequence is filmed on a real job and plays on our homepage, date-stamped frame by frame.
How much does a custom pool cost?
We don't publish a one-size figure because there isn't one — the honest number depends on your yard and on what you put in it. The configurator on this site builds a range for your own pool in a few minutes, no phone call required.
